Standard cabins are big enough for a Queen size bed, a chest of drawers and a desk. They make an excellent office, nail or beauty studio.

    Large Cabin

    4.2m long x 2.4m wide x 2.4m High

    Large cabins easily fit a Queen/King bed, chest of drawers and study desk.
    They are a great option for a couple or someone who wants to stretch out that little bit more with some more chill out space for extra seating.
    Need the kids to be in here together? Fit in a couple of single beds with space to spare!

      Extra Large Cabin

      4.8m long x 2.4m wide x 2.4m High

      Extra Large cabins have the same feature as the large cabin, just with a little more room for extra furniture. The whole family can fit in this one with room for a queen size bed and a couple of single beds plus chest of drawers.
      It would make a great office for multiple staff members, with many desk configurations possible in this great space.

        Rental Terms and Costs for Room2rent Cabins

        Adding a Portacom/Portable Cabin to your home is a very cost effective way of providing extra space.

        Our minimum contract period for most of the regions is 6 months (Subject to availability and location).

        Before delivery generally we need the following payment:

        • Delivery fee $150 – $350
        • Bond will depend on the size of the cabin.
        • Plus first week’s rent in advance

        Room2rent Mobile Cabins are WINZ approved. WINZ often pay is direct for all the set up costs saving you all upfront fees if finances are a bit of a struggle.

        Regulations/Safety

        All cabins come with RCP switchboard for your safety, electrical WOF included with all cabins. Our warm and secure portable cabins are all fitted with working smoke alarms and security lights.
